Lettings Administrator

Salary range will be:
£22,000 basic
an OTE of £26,000.00 +

As 'chief happiness officer' you have experience of putting clients' happiness at the forefront of everything you do.

You're cool as a cucumber in a crisis, but passionate and enthusiastic about client wins and successes.

You are embarrassing organised and love a completed to-do list.

You can read minds and have often done something before anyone has noticed.

You love talking to people and are a ninja listener.

You have a muck-in, can-do, get it done mentality.

The duties include:

- Managing a portfolio of rental properties from move in to check out
- Conducting viewings with potential tenants
- Liaising with landlords, tenants and contractors
- Negotiating tenancy agreements
- Ensuring compliance with legal requirements
- Carrying out property inspections and inventories
- Overseeing the maintenance and repair of properties
- Keeping accurate records of all transactions

Based in Blackpool, the hours are 9:00am - 5:00pm, Monday to Friday.
