An exciting opportunity for an experienced tech scale-up marketing lead to join a growing Cloud technology start-up and drive marketing for their next stage of growth.

A young, in-profit, evergreen company with plans to grow organically, the flagship product is already very successful with leading brand name customers and plans to launch a new product to market.

Our client is a team of 30+ employees and growing The team work remotely and are based across the US and Europe. The successful Marketing Director will lead a global, remote team of seven including Enterprise & SME Demand Generation, Agile Marketing ProcessLead, Developer Marketing, Technical Product Marketing, Social and Digital Marketing.

**What we're looking for**:
The ideal Marketing Director will have demonstrable experience in a Marketing Director or Head of Marketing role for a scaling B2B Tech or SaaS company (25>500 employee growth scale) for at least a 2-3 year tenure.

**Key tasks**:

- Reporting to the CEO as a member of the leadership team.
- Inspiring and leading the marketing team.
- Define and implement integrated marketing plan for brand awareness.
- Defining marketing roles.
- Responsible for marketing deliverables and own the marketing budget and MROI
- Work in and continue to drive an agile marketing environment.
- Responsible for driving marketing lead strategies
- Responsible for content marketing strategy and brand awareness.
- Leader for ABM and multi-channel campaign strategy.
- Work with product, customer success and sales teams
- Ensure continued strength of flagship product positioning.
- Develop and implement an integrated marketing plan to increase brand awareness

**Skills & experience**:

- Demonstrable experience in a marketing leadership role for a early stage, scaling tech / Cloud / IoT organization, tenure at least 2-3 years from ground up.
- Experience leading and scaling a globally dispersed, remote working marketing team.
- Proven background in marketing to companies of all sizes and to developers.
- Analytical and data-driven.
- A high level of collaboration and inspirational leadership skills. A positive culture is very important to you. You enjoy leading from the front, taking the team on the growth journey, and developing/succession planning.
- Understanding or experience of working in an agile marketing environment an advantage.
- Understanding of Cloud products / IoT
