We are actively seeking a Care Coordinator to join our Wolverhampton office to deliver domiciliary care services in the Wolverhampton area.

The position is office and field based, you will support and assist care staff and management to deliver truly person-centred care. You will have a key focus on rota management and "on call". Flexibility to cover care calls including during evenings and weekends is essential.
