**Description**:
**£39,265 per annum plus 8% pension**

**Hours: 35 hours per week**

**Job Purpose**:
The Head of Performance and HR is a core member of Sefton Carers Centre’s Leadership and Senior Management Team. The post is responsible for providing effective support to the CEO and trustees to enable full oversight of the impact, quality and effectiveness of services and projects against our strategy and contracts. This post will act as Line Manager to the Reception and Welfare Benefits teams.

The Head of Performance and HR will represent Sefton Carers Centre at a high level, as required, actively participating in the delivery of the organisation’s priorities, aims and objectives as a member of the Senior Management Team. This post will also liaise closely with our HR consultants to ensure Sefton Carers Centre is up to date with any changes in employment law and implements its HR policies and procedures effectively, leading on the development and update of all policies and procedures relating to the Carers Centre.
