**Salary and benefits**: We are offering a competitive salary of between £35,000 - £39,000 plus 16% bonus up to 32%, private medical cover, 38 days annual leave, excellent pension, 12x salary life assurance, career breaks, income protection, 3x volunteering days and much more

We have an incredible opportunity to join us here at Phoenix Group as a Risk Management Framework Development Consultant to join our Risk Management Framework Development team.

Are you looking to further develop your risk management knowledge and be involved in a core component of the organisation, whilst building relationships with senior stakeholders from across Phoenix? Then the Risk Framework Development team in the Group Risk function could be your next stop. Risk Management is integral to Phoenix, and it’s an exciting time to be working in risk management, as you will be supporting integration projects, delivering new elements of the framework, and developing a detailed understanding of the Risk Management Framework (RMF).

**The role**

The Risk Management Framework Development Consultant is part of our Risk Management Framework Development team and will support on the framework and risk management system. You will also be involved in future developments in both the RMF and risk system in alignment with the Group Risk's Mission to promote informed decision making and controlled risk-taking that improves customer outcomes and delivers long term value for shareholders.

Key Responsibilities:

- Build relationships with Risk peers and senior managers across the Group to support the implementation of an effective Risk Management Framework for the Group
- Contribute to risk reporting on risks to the Group and the effectiveness of the Risk Management Framework.
- Provide training and support to promote a clear and consistent understanding of risk management.
- Analyse Risk MI to proactively identify gaps in risk management practice.
- Manage a variety of Risk Management related tasks and activities concurrently, meeting expectations on agreed deliverables and timescales.
