We are currently seeking an Administrator / Receptionist to join the Sales Department in our Neath Branch.

Desirable:
Estate Agency knowledge

Experience with office administration

A highly organised individual

Excellent presentation and communication skills

Attention to detail

A strong work ethic and the ability to work to deadlines

Highly motivated

Customer focused

Excellent knowledge of Word and Excel, and other software programmes.

**Full Time permanent position, 5 days a week and will include Saturdays on a rota basis.**

**Salary**: £18,525.00 per year
