HR Assistant

Our Client are a market leader in their field and have been steadily expanding their workforce for a number of years. They are now at the point where they are looking to recruit an HR assistant to work alongside their HR Manager.
The HR assistant should display an understanding of employee relationships and precise in the recruitment processes.
HR Assistant Responsibilities:
- Support all internal and external HR-related inquiries or requests
- Maintain records of employees
- Update internal database (e.g. Sickness absence, maternity leave etc)
- Onboarding for new employees
- Support supervisors with RTW interviews
- Maintain calendar of the HR manager
- Assist with performance management procedures
- Schedule meetings, interviews, HR events and maintain agendas
- Coordinate training sessions
- Perform orientations and update records of new staff
- Produce and submit reports on general HR activity
- Complete termination paperwork and exit interviews
- Answer employees queries HR-related questions
- Keep up-to-date with the latest HR trends and best practices
- Creating staff newsletters
- Organise meetings and take minutes as required HR Assistant
**Requirements**:
- Experience as an HR assistant (essential).
- Full understanding of HR functions and best practices.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Fantastic organisational and time management skills.
- Ability to accurately follow instructions.
Salary £25,000.00 plus company bonus and benefits. 37.5 hours 9.00am to 5.30pm.

**Salary**: £24,000.00-£25,000.00 per year
