The job responsibilities include;
- Building and developing long term client relationships through exceptional client care
- Managing team of technicians - Advising on technical solutions for live, virtual and hybrid events.
- Supporting sales efforts - Providing quotations, drawings and specifications.
- Arranging and booking crew and equipment logistics for events.
- Excellent organisational skills.
- Excellent client care with a friendly approachable manner at all times.
- Ability to produce accurate costings & quotations.
- Works comfortably alone and as part of a team.
- Experience in Virtual Events (Desirable but not necessary)
- Evidence of developments made within previous employments.
- Experience of working with clients of all ages and from a wide range of backgrounds.
- Good time keeping and time management of tasks and people.
- Rigging certificate and iPAF licence (Desirable but not necessary)
- Working knowledge of Health & Safety at Work Act.
