Homeless Team Assistant

Job Role
Responsible for being the first point of contact in the Homeless Team for customers. This will include dealing with telephone, electronic and face to face enquiries and either dealing with them or signposting on.
Responsible for maintaining and updating manual and in house computerised recording systems around customer contacts.
Responsible for providing administrative support at meetings, including minute taking.
Essential Requirements
Knowledge of equality and diversity.
Knowledge of data protection and freedom of information.
Knowledge of Safeguarding adults and children.
Experience of dealing with members of the public and liaising with other organisations.
Experience of managing customers' expectations and challenging behaviour.
