**Seafast Logistics**, part of the **Uniserve Group**, is seeking a highly organised **Warehouse Administrator** to join our team at our Felixstowe Mega Distribution Centre.

**Shift pattern 0800hr to 1700hr, Tuesday to Saturday**

**What you'll do**:

- Ensure all daily admin tasks are completed accurately and on time
- Liaise with the transport team to arrange deliveries and collections
- Manage daily order routing using the transport management system
- Allocate and release orders
- Conduct physical stock checks and investigate discrepancies

**You'll be a great fit if you have**:

- Excellent communication skills (written and verbal)
- Experience with Warehouse Management Systems (WMS)
- Confidence using MS Office (Excel and Word)
- Experience working in an office environment
- An understanding of warehousing and supply chain logistics
- A driven and self-motivated personality
- Strong time management skills
- The ability to work towards deadlines and meet targets
- A team player mentality
