We are currently seeking a Warehouse Administrator, reporting to the Stock Manager you will be responsible for data entry, processing, and documenting order details. This role will be based at our Felixstowe facility.

**Must have experience working with Bond processes and systems**

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Ensuring that all daily admin tasks are completed in a timely and accurate fashion
- Liaising with the transport team to arrange collection or delivery of goods
- Daily routing of orders using the transport management system
- Allocating and releasing orders
- Completing custom clearance records for goods arriving and leaving bond.
- Physically counting and investigating stock queries
- Working cohesively with the warehouse team to ensure consistent on time receipts and dispatch of goods

**Essential Skills, Knowledge and Expertise**:

- Fully trained on Warehouse Manual Handling Equipment (although training available)
- Experience working with Bond processes and systems
- Proficient in Warehouse Management Systems (WMS).
- Good customer service
- IT literate
- Driven and self-motivated
- Proactive problem-solving capability
- Flexibility and adaptability
- Able to work to deadlines and meet targets
- Excellent communication skills
- Team Player
