**I am looking for a Head of Care/ Children's Home Responsible Individual to join an outstanding, established Residential Childcare organisation. You will join them at an exciting time and be pivotal with them embarking on their new project of development of new children’s residential services and education in North Wales.**

**Starting salary from £50,000 per annum for one home initially increasing with further development of services and a school (already in process) to £70,000 per annum**

**Requirements for the Role**:

- Essential recent experience working either as a Children's Home Responsible Individual or as a Children's Home Manager in a CIW regulated Children's service/residential school.
- An excellent understanding of the CIW regulations and framework in association with children’s residential services.
- Completed Level 5 Diploma in Leadership and Management (or equivalent qualification).
