Recruitment Coordinator

Role Overview:
- Reporting to the senior talent acquisition specialist, you will be instrumental in managing the end-to-end of high-volume recruitment process across a fast-paced healthcare environment
- Developing strong relationships with hiring managers across the sites to understand and meet their recruitment needs.
- Managing direct applicants, internal mobility, and relationships with external agency suppliers.
- Scheduling interviews when required
- Developing good relationships with local organisations, such as job centres and universities, and representing the business at events when required. About You:
- Excellent stakeholder management skills, able to develop strong relationships and provide advice and guidance on recruitment matters.
- Able to work under pressure and prioritise a busy workload in a fast-paced environment.
- Good IT skills, able to produce recruitment and KPI reports and analyse data to improve performance.
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
**Salary**: £25,000.00-£28,000.00 per year

- West London: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)
