**What are we looking for**

**What you will do**

As a Sales Administrative you will support all the administration related matters in Finance, Sales and Operations departments. This person will be closely working with the Administrative team and will be reporting directly to the Operations Coordinator.

Main duties:

- Receiving and processing purchase orders.
- Issuing sales transaction invoices
- Verifying orders, including customers' personal information and payment details.
- Maintaining and updating sales and customer records.
- Directing feedback from customers to relevant departments.
- Supporting the sales department with other administrative tasks, if requested.

**What you need to succeed**

**Experience**:

- At least 3 years in a similar role.
- High level of English.
- Any further language such as Spanish would help to execute internal/external communications, however, is not a must

Background:

- Completed High School plus Professional Training degree.
- Further education would be an advantage.

Knowledge:

- Fundamentals (basic functions) on computing: Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Internet Explorer.
- Strong SAP user knowledge is a must.
- Be knowledgeable of the construction industry as a plus.

Others:

- Excellent communications skills (both written and verbal).
- Demonstrated ability to interact and build value-based relationships with customers.

Location: Unit 6a Waterglade Industrial Estate - Weston Avenue

Working hours: 7:30-5pm Monday -Friday

**Job Types**: Full-time, Temporary contract
Contract length: 12 months

**Salary**: £30,000.00-£33,000.00 per year

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift
- Monday to Friday
- No weekends

Supplemental pay types:

- Quarterly bonus

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Grays, RM20 3FJ: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)

**Experience**:

- Supply chain administration: 1 year (preferred)

Work Location: One location
