We are looking for someone to assist the Employee Benefits Associate Director in managing the relationships with, and the services delivered to, our clients. You will provide efficient and high quality support in the administrative, technical and client support areas.

Our Employee Benefits team of 18 provide advice and support to employers. Our clients are typically small to medium sized businesses and not-for-profit organisations based in the UK and many have an overseas head office/parent in the USA or Europe. Each of our clients have different needs, but overall they are looking for competitively priced employee benefit solutions that meet their needs and help them to attract, reward and incentivise their employees.

We provide workplace pension advice to the majority of our clients, and for many we operate a more comprehensive service that includes advice and administration of their group risk, medical, health, travel and voluntary benefits, and support with their employee communications.

**Key aspects of the role include**:

- Undertaking research and preparing drafts of technical reports in the style required by the author or as required to meet the Firm’s standards.
- Contributing to and taking an active part in project work within the team and providing input as and when required to help to constantly improve processes and the service provided.
- Processing new business, submitting details to appropriate companies and ensuring appropriate filing and records are maintained on Xplan and other systems.
- Taking an interest in the affairs of, and getting to know the clients, to be aware of work currently in progress and act as a first point of contact for EB clients.
- Obtaining quotes and associated information from providers, checking the terms and conditions, collating and preparing accurate summaries of the data.

**You are the right person for the role if you have**:

- A minimum of 3 A Levels or equivalent, GCSE including English and Maths at grade B or equivalent
- Strong organisational skills, excellent communication skills and the ability to deal with people at all levels
- Experience working in an employee benefits consultancy or insurance company dealing with employee benefits
- Experience of working with corporate clients accustomed to a high quality of service
- Experience of Xplan (or other CRM system) and time recording systems
