Recruit UK are working with a fantastic Financial Planning firm in London, looking to expand their Employee Benefits team but bringing in an Employee Benefits Administrator.

This IFA firm specialises in supporting business owners, city professionals and lawyers across the South West with bespoke wealth planning and investment management. Within this tailored offering, they work closely with SME’s to ensure they are offering the best Employee Benefits for their business needs. This side of the business has grown from strength to strength and they now need to bring in some additional support.

Duties will include but not limited to:

- Working closely with the EB Consultant
- Liaising with both client and product provider
- Updating the back-office system with documentation
- Ensuring work is compliant

**Benefits**:

- Competitive salary of up to £32,000
- Hybrid working, 2 office days a week
- 4 day working week (Trial period)

**Skills and experience required**:

- 2 years experience working in Employee Benefits
- Knowledge of UK products and platforms
- Quick learner with a can-do attitude

**Salary**: £32,000.00-£35,000.00 per year
