**Looking for event staff to work at one of the largest surfing festival in the UK We're looking for energetic, passionate, and welcoming individuals to join our field staff event team this year at Boardmasters**

Your role as a brand ambassador will be to represent the nation's favourite coffee shop through a variety of immersive areas. You will need to be comfortable engaging with the public, so customer service experience is ideal - previous experience at one of the Boardmasters festivals is preferable. We will provide full training ahead of the event.
- *Please note, due to the location of the event, you may need to drive to the event._

**Responsibilities will include but are not limited to**:

- Showcasing our express machines
- Handcrafted drinks
- Crowd control and ensuring everybody has a positive experience
- Brand awareness, particularly drawing attention to our loyalty app
- Encouraging people to try our interactive game, where a prize is won every time
- Showcasing the quality of our express coffee through the retail of hot and cold drinks in Malibu-inspired lounge
- Entertaining and supervising in our branded tent
- VIP viewing platform
- Have you got a Level 2 Food Hygiene certificate? Maybe you’ve got previous experience as a host? Are you passionate about coffee? There may be a position for you on our team**_

There are a variety of shifts on offer - minimum hours per day will be 8 hours. If you will enjoy working on this campaign, we will have other events to get involved with later in the year.

**Job Type**: Temporary contract
Contract length: 5 days

Pay: £13.00 per hour
