I am looking for two to three casual Street Food crew for the upcoming bank holiday weekend next week. This is to help on my food stall to cover an event for Street Food Warehouse in Newquay located on Barrow Fields, Newquay, TR7 2RZ.

There is six days of work. The dates and times are:
Thursday 23rd May Lunchtime to late afternoon to help build the stall up

Friday 24th May 10am to 10pm

Saturday 25th May 10am to 10pm

Sunday 26th May 10am to 10pm

Monday 27th May 10am to 10pm

Tuesday 28th May 9am to lunchtime break down

Job role involves helping to build and break the stall, basic food preparation, washing up, serving customers and cleaning down. Preference will be given to staff who have experience of the hospitality and catering industry, waiting, kitchen work, cooks/chefs and so on. Full training will be given but you need to be able to multitask and think on your feet, we do get very busy You also need a good working knowledge of food hygiene regulations hence we prefer hospitality based staff.

You need to be presentable smart and clean preferably wearing a plain black T shirt & comfortable shoes (long hours on your feet). Also really looking for staff who can do the majority of the dates. You get lunch & dinner thrown in as well.

Its £12.50 per hour so around 45 to 55 hours up for grabs.

You get paid on completion on the Monday or Tuesday this is paid through payroll and then direct to your bank account before we leave. Alternately if your freelance I can pay via an invoice from you. In some cases I can pay in cash but prefer banks transfer.

**Duties**:

- Prepare and serve high-quality food and beverages at events
- Set up catering stations and ensure they are well-stocked throughout the event
- Assist in menu planning and creation based on client preferences
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards in food preparation and service areas
- Interact with guests in a friendly and professional manner to ensure customer satisfaction
Ideally you should have:

- Proven experience in catering, restaurant, or hospitality industry
- Strong knowledge of food safety practices and regulations
- Ability to work efficiently under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Flexibility to work irregular hours, including evenings and weekends
- Demonstrated ability to work well in a team setting
