**Accounts AdministratorPosition Overview**

Accounts Duties:

- Process supplier invoices and record payments into Xero
- Assist in the preparation of customer invoices and refunds
- Assist in chasing overdue customer accounts.
- Assist in the preparation of month end payroll
- Assist in the logging / data entry
- Assist with van and stores management; including undertaking audits.
- Assist in the induction of new members of staff; including coordinating new starter paperwork and CRM training
- Assist in setting up and recording the outcome of staff Performance Management meetings
- Assist in setting up training days for operatives, both internally and externally

Contract Management Duties:

- Coordinate with clients to organise jobs to be undertaken on their sites
- Raise jobs on the company CRM and schedule in work with the relevant operatives
- Track jobs through the CRM and record updates in the notes sections on the job status
- Work with Contract Managers to ensure the accurate recording of technician's reports and maintenance records and attach them to the relevant job.
- Accurately record client's site assets and update their status following the maintenance.
- Provide updates and assist Contract Managers in the preparation of Contract Performance Management reports.
- Coordinate and set up and attend Client Contract Management meetings and undertake minutes

Experience using Xero software

Excellent telephone manner

Live locally to North East of England

**Accounts AdministratorPosition Remuneration**

**Salary £18,500 - £24,000**

**Hours 37.5 hours per week**

**Days Monday - Friday**

**Annual leave 25 days + bank holidays
