A longstanding client of Si Recruitment are looking for a HR Administrator to join their team on a full time and permanent basis.

To be successful in this role, you will have completed education to a good standard, and have at least a grade C in both Maths and English. You will have a basic understanding of HR and experience within a administrative role.

The duties will include:

- Providing administrative support to the HR team
- Assisting with areas such as Payroll, Recruitment and Selection
- Learn disciplinary and grievance processes along with remuneration and benefits
- Absence Management, Training and Development
