We have an exciting opportunity for an **Operations Change Partner** to join the **Digital Servicing & Customer Transformation** team.

As an Operations Change Partner, you will be responsible for managing operational change, continuous improvement and business readiness across all AGUK entities.

This role will be based at our Glasgow office with home working

**What will you be doing?**
- Analyse and document current and new business processed both from an operational and system perspective
- Communicate at a senior level to present findings and detailed solutions while providing the link between all departments to define and agree business changes, through the change life cycle
- Complete review along with reform operational procedures and validate procedure content with relevant SME and accurately record findings
- Encourage embed Lean methodology across business processes, ensuring we get the best out of our people, stakeholders and processes
- Successfully implement continuous improvement requests and create/amend process maps in line with current requirements
- Liaise with key stakeholders to agree changes required

**Is this you?**
- Experience of working in a change environment and operational business processes
- Expertise knowledge of Microsoft Office products Word, Excel, Visio & PowerPoint
- Excellent communications skills and high attention to detail
- Excellent documentation and presentation skills
- Inquisitive & driven with a can-do attitude
- Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills
- Lean Six Sigma accreditation desirable
- Strong analytical and numeracy skills required
