Office Administrator

**Responsibilities**:
Typing and presenting quotes and estimates in a clear and professional manner.
Create and maintain spreadsheets, reports, and presentations using Microsoft Word, Access and Excel.
Maintain and update the company database, including client and supplier information.
Excellent telephone manner.
Other duties as assigned.
Proven experience as an office administrator or similar role.
Strong proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook.
Experience in using database software would be preferable but training can be given.
Excellent organisational and time management skills.
Ability to work independently and use initiative.
Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to work well under pressure and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
A level or equivalent is preferred.
This position is full-time and permanent offering a starting wage of £15 per hour based on a 5 day week flexi hours option of either a 9am, 8am or 7am start 30-40 hours per week with 28 days paid holiday.
