**Job title **Accounts Administrator (Part Time - 16 hours per week)

**Grade and salary **Starting at £11.54 p/hour
Part Time - 4 x 3 hour days and 1 x 4 hour day - Monday - Friday.
**Hours T**o negotiation during the weekly cycle (16 hours per week)
**Holidays **Pro Rata inclusive of Bank Holidays
**Contract type **Part Time Permanent position following successful completion of probation
**Probation Period **Three Months
**Reporting to **Mr Mark Topliss - General Manager

**The role**
You will work as an Accounts Administrator under the guidance and direction of the General Manager and/or Managing
Director.
**Responsibilities**
- Data input into dedicated Accounting systems
- Ordering, receipt, storage and issuing of materials
- Communicating with customers in respect to: o Answering telephone requests for all of the company services o Inputting bookings onto the system o Contacting Customers to schedule services/installations/surveys
- Once trained - producing draft quotations for the General Manager
- Assisting in Marketing the Company and its services
- Communicating with Suppliers
- Minuting Meetings as required
- Hard copy filing
- Any other duties as directed by the General Manager

**Selection criteria**
- Essential criteria required to perform the job effectively._
For this position, **must include**:
- Have at least 5 years’ demonstrable experience as an Account Administrator that includes all aspects of Account
Administration with a working knowledge of accounting software (preferably ZERO Accounting) if not, training will be provided
- Educated to GCSE standard (English and Maths grade 4 or above) or equivalent
- Ability to communicate clearly, articulately and accurately when drafting information for documents, quotation, orders
- Ability to communicate messages clearly, articulately and accurately on the telephone and in person
- Able to work as part of a dedicated, close knit team and also on own initiative as training progresses
- Positive attitude with a sense of humour
