**Administrative Team Leader
- Temp to perm contract**
**4 days on 2 days off (meaning days off will vary weekly)**
**8.15am - 5.15pm - starting rate of £11.02 hourly rate**

**Position: Team Leader - Animal Accommodation Cleaning**
We are seeking an exceptional individual to lead a dedicated team of cleaners, ensuring the highest standards of cleanliness are maintained. Prior experience within an animal/pet based environment is not necessary; however, previous leadership experience in a small care or retail team would be advantageous.
In this role, approximately 70% of your time will involve using our in-house system, while the remaining 30% will require hands-on involvement.

**Responsibilities and System Knowledge**:
- Kronos: Managing wages and attendance times using the Kronos system.
- Team Management: Lead and manage a team, ensuring effective coordination and performance.
- IT Skills: Proficiency in using spreadsheets, word processing, and Excel.
- Presentations: Conduct presentations as needed.
- KPI Production: Generate key performance indicators to monitor team performance.
- Efficiency Enhancement: Identify and implement strategies to improve operational efficiencies.
- Staff Rota Planning: Develop and manage staff rota to ensure adequate coverage.
- RTW Sickness Control: Monitor and manage return-to-work processes for sick employees.
- Meeting Support: Take meeting notes and contribute to discussions.
- Staff Training: Train and develop staff members, keeping training records up to date.
- New Staff Induction: Facilitate the onboarding process for new team members.
- Recruitment: Participate in recruitment activities to fill team vacancies.
- Step Ups Management: Oversee the development and progression of Cleaning Leads.
- Audits: Conduct audits to ensure compliance with standards and regulations.
- Improvement Plan: Implement and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
- Client Engagement: Maintain regular communication and engagement with the client.
This role involves supervising a team responsible for cleaning animal accommodation and performing housekeeping duties in multiple areas. A hardworking, positive, and caring attitude is essential.
