To help us with this amazing feat, we are searching for a brilliant **People & Culture** **Administration Team Leader** to join our friendly and fast-paced team on a permanent basis.
**THE ROLE**
As People & Culture Administration Team Leader, you will be responsible for managing a diverse array of administrative processes essential to fostering a seamless colleague journey - from initial onboarding to graceful exits. The role encompasses a comprehensive scope, spanning support for both Centre and Support Centre colleagues.
Key responsibilities include:
- Leading the People & Culture Administration team
- Ensuring our administrative processes are robust, effective, efficient and compliant
- Contributing to required people data, reporting and analytics to support the People & Culture function
**IS THIS YOU?**
- Strong team leader with demonstratable experience of managing others
- Highly organised and self-motivated, with excellent attention to detail
- Confident IT skills, especially within Excel using spreadsheets to record/present data.
- An effective & self-assured communicator, both verbally and written
