Customer Service Assistant

**General Duties to be performed**
- Managing Live Chat providing customers with product advice and answering queries;
- Managing all telephone calls into the office, dealing with customer queries and directing calls appropriately;
- Managing any order issues, processing customer returns and refunds;
- Resolving any customer delivery issues dealing with both Royal Mail and Couriers;
- Assisting the team in the completion of customer orders;
- Completing general office duties to help in the smooth running of the office and assistant other staff.
**Hours & Salary**
Days per week - Thursdays and Fridays
Hours - 9am to 5pm
Holiday pay - 28 days pro rata (to include Bank Holidays)
Sick pay - Statutory Sick Pay
Additional days per week will be requested when holiday cover is required and will be paid at the usual hourly rate. Please note this will be required at any time of year, including school holidays.
