I am currently working with a leading consultancy firm based in Epping, Essex who are recruiting for an Marketing Executive to support the existing Marketing Manager.

This opportunity suits a pro-active marketer who can take responsibility for delivering the day-to-day marketing activity for my clients business. You should be passionate about making a difference and being a core part of the Marketing & Bids division.

You will be directly reporting into the Marketing Manager and work alongside the bids team.

The role presents an excellent opportunity to further develop your marketing skills and to get involved at all levels and positively influence the company.

You will also work with the HR team in supporting the recruitment and careers outreach programme.

Key Duties will include:

- Support the Marketing Manager in delivering the marketing strategy, driving continuous improvement and change to support the business objectives.
- Assist with the creation and implementation of multi-channel marketing campaigns.
- Assist with the day-to-day management of our marketing channels including our website, social media channels and our intranet.
- Assist in the maintenance of client contact databases and mailing lists.
- Assist in the maintenance of the company’s photography library, including sourcing permissions and image licenses.
- Design and production of internal and external communications including newsletters, invitations presentation materials and miscellaneous branded items.
- Support the Marketing Manager and Bid Manager to drive forward the business, whilst being part of the team to execute the plan for our priority sectors.
- Be the Brand Guardian for all internal and external documents and a point of contact for day-to-day internal and external marketing queries.
- Liaise with our external marketing stakeholders, including our digital marketing agency, and our supplier list which includes - graphic designers, copy writers and proof-readers who support us on an ad-hoc basis.
- Work alongside HR in delivering an annual graduate development campaign, careers outreach programme, and various internal marketing activities.
- On an ad hoc basis, work alongside the Bid Manager to support in the generation of case studies, internal staff CVs, fee bids and previous experience documents.

The role will be a mixture of hybrid working as well as working at their head office in Epping (Accessible by LU Central Line) and London (City)
