**The Contract New Build Regional Manager role**:
Our client are looking for a **Contract New Build Regional Manager,** who is self-motivated individual and who can demonstrate exceptional leadership and management abilities.

**The key responsibilities of their Contract New Build Regional Manager will include**:

- Managing and developing a team of Business Account Managers
- Managing some key accounts on a daily basis
- Working closely with your team to ensure their customers get excellent service
- Working closely with Installations and internal departments
- Maximising market share from all customers you deal with
- Administrative duties in line with the role

**To meet the requirements of their Contract New Build Regional Manager you must have**:

- Proven management skills
- A full clean driving licence
- Excellent interpersonal skills
- Experience of fast-track building processes within the furniture industry and installations

**As their Contract New Build Regional Manager, you will be**:

- Able to handle multiple projects positively
- Able to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Computer literate
- Able to spend some nights away from home
