Process Improvement Consultant

We have a fantastic opportunity at the moment for a Process Improvement Consultant to work with our Coleshill team. This role works alongside the quality engineer and technicians whilst reporting into the quality manager. This position will be in charge of developing, updating, and communicating process modifications within the organization as well as training/ co ordinating the appropriate personnel about them. All whilst making sure that they are compliant with any required regulations.
**About The Role**
**How will you contribute**:
- Process analysis - provide input on processes from a quality perspective, aid in implementation of new processes.
- Control and coordinate process changes onto appropriate supporting documentation.
- Coordinate training for employees following the company’s training process.
- Support training for employees following the changes to process.
- Actively coach the organisation concerning training effectiveness with tools and reports.
- Generate, interpret, analyse and communicate results using management tools, graphs and reports.
- Complete training matrix audits.
- Complete audits based on ISO 9001 standards.

**What will you Bring.**
**Qualifications, Skills & Experience**:
- At least 1 years’ experience in a similar role
- Degree educated is preferred.
- Lean experience would be desirable.
- Experience in auditing and to be able to communicate the results and create reports.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Full UK Driving licence.
