Business Process Improvement Specialist

Our client is seeking an experienced D365 Business Process Improvement Specialist to join their team. As a leading owner of parks in the UK, they operate in the travel sector and utilize D365 Business Central for their financial operations. The ideal candidate will have extensive knowledge of D365BC and experience in improving business processes.
About the Role:
This role requires the candidate to develop a new D365BC roadmap with the Head of Technical Product, create and maintain configuration settings within the current environment, and work on integrations between D365BC and CRM, Power Apps, and the reporting system.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop a new D365BC roadmap with the Head of Technical Product.
- Create and maintain configuration settings within the current environment.
- Work on integrations between D365BC and CRM, Power Apps, and the reporting system.
Requirements:
- 3+ years' experience working with D365BC as a Systems Owner, Product Owner, or external consultant.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Working knowledge of integrations like CRM and PowerApps.
- Reporting and API integration experience (beneficial).
Estimated Salary: £70,000 - £90,000 per annum based on experience and qualifications.
