- As the Central Resourcing Professional, you will engage with all areas within Business Field Services, from the Project teams to customers. You will use capacity planning to ensure bespoke and complex field requests are managed in-life. While doing this you will also utilise the resources you have to provide successful completion of field projects, working as the conduit between all key stakeholders, so you team meets their customer demand.
**What you’ll be doing**
- Work closely with Proposition and Introduction teams reviewing new jobs, going through expectations and setting delivery timescales to meet customer needs. Work with Reporting to build capacity plans.
- Highlight any reoccurring or growing gaps between customer demand and field capacity / skills to all stakeholders.
- Manage multiple projects across Field, ranging from one off field resource requests to multiple, complex resource requests.
- Responsible for the lifecycle of field project requests, utilising the system to make sure these are met by customer facing (front door) teams.
- Collaborate with Project teams and wider Field Service teams to ensure correct validation of cost.
