**Job Title**:Trainer/Assessor - Trade Counter, Warehouse and Customer Service

**Location**: Home/Field based - Must be flexible with travel across the South of England

**Salary**: £34,000 (Inclusive of car allowance)

**Package**:Excellent Holiday Entitlement, Mileage, Pension + more

**Type**:Full Time, Permanent

**Duties**:

- Assess and support learners working towards full Apprenticeship Standards in Trade Counter; Warehousing; Customer Service and Business Admin.
- Deliver and support learners with Functional Skills Maths and English at Level 2.
- Observe learners remotely, to gather quality evidence towards their Apprenticeship qualifications.
- Managing your diary efficiently to ensure timely visits and reviews are conducted.
- Organise and maintain documentation on learners' progress.
- Support, advise and motivate learners.
- Overcome barriers to learning and adapt delivery to meet learner’s needs.
- Work to learner review and completion timescales.
- Meet Assessor KPI’s in terms of timely visits, quality paperwork and general administration.

**Essential Criteria**:

- Hold a recognised Assessor award: D32/33, A1, CAVA or TAQA.
- Ideally have experience of delivering full Apprenticeship Standards in Trade Counter; Warehousing; Customer Service and Business Admin (this is not essential, as our client is happy to upskill).
- Must hold occupational experience of working within a Trade Counter/Warehouse setting.
- Good level of ICT skills.
- Happy with remote delivery.
- Full, clean driving licence and use of a vehicle.
- Must be flexible with travel.
