**_ Main Job Purpose:_** to work closely with a particular business unit creating a real and active partnership with both operations and management. Their role is to provide 'real time' support and analysis, to be a trusted adviser and to add value that will assist in decision making. Ensure that company / unit acts in a manger to minimize losses, fraud and maximize profit, display excellence in all methods of communication between team members and senior management #LI-IV1

**_Duties and Responsibilities: _**
- Ensure the Company / Business Unit meets its financial and legal responsibilities.
- Ensure that the financial information of the Company / Business Unit is accurate and timely produced.
- Supports the Management Team in the preparation of budgets and financial reports, including income statements, balance sheets, tax returns and reports for Government regulatory agencies.
- Make sure that all invoices related to the Business Unit are accounted in accordance with USALI, IFRS, company standards and that appropriate VAT is recorded.
- Oversees all accounting procedures and systems used by the Company / Business Unit / Cluster Services.
- Work in close partnership with the individual budget holders and the UK Area team to provide accurate, timely and comprehensive annual budgets as well as monthly reforecasts and reforecasts.
- To independently conduct monthly review meetings with budget holders and to act as a key point of contact to support the budget holders with commercial business, capital and investment proposals.
- Understands the business strategy and provide highly relevant insight into business performance.
- Monthly presentation of financial performance, full year forecasts and budget variances including understanding financial opportunities and risk.
- Being actively involved in training and recruitment of finance / cluster finance team members.
- To ensure maximum efficiency, employees are engaged on the basis that they must be prepared to undertake reasonable duties other than those for which they have been specifically engaged.
