HR Coordinator

The HR department are currently looking for a full time HR Coordinator. The role will be based at Head Office, in Stratford (once probation is passed there will be the option to work from home one day per week) and will report to the HR Manager. Due to the nature of the business, this role will consist of attending early morning and late evening meetings.
**Main Duties**
- Conducting Employment Relation cases, including Grievances, Investigations and complex Disciplinaries up to and including dismissal
- Building and maintaining excellent relationships with the Management team
- Providing Managers and Supervisors with support and guidance
- Liaising with employee union representatives regarding cases
- TUPE- dealing with both IN and OUT, consulting with employees. Sending out letters and liaising with incumbent companies
- Maintaining records on Templa (HR System), liaising with Templa about amendments and developments
- Consulting with employees about site closures and changes in shift patterns
- Addressing performance issues, and providing re-training where necessary
**Person Specification**
**Essential**
- Fluent in English (written and spoken)
- Ability to work under pressure and tight deadlines
- Flexibility in working hours
- Computer literacy (able to use Microsoft or Google)
- Attention to detail
- Previous HR experience
**Desirable**
- A-C GCSE or equivalent
- Resilience to difficult situations
- Previous HR experience
- Due to the high number of employees speaking Spanish/Portuguese, speaking one of these languages would be beneficial to the role but not essential
- Previous operational experience
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
**Salary**: £26,500.00-£27,500.00 per year
