On behalf of this client we are looking for an **Executive Assistant for an initial 6 month contract based in either Leeds OR Manchester with the possibility to become permanent on completion. This is a hybrid role with 2-3 days per week based within either office.**

Our client is currently looking for an Executive Assistant. In this role you will develop a good understanding of how the business works, support an agenda and manage a fast-moving diary and busy inbox. This is a varied role consisting of day-to-day administrative support, complex diary management, report writing and more.

**As an Executive Assistant you will be responsible for**:

- Managing and taking complete ownership of the Director's diary; being wholly responsible for establishing and coordinating diary and related activities.
- Taking charge of all meeting related papers; drafting, researching, chasing, producing and collating based on the Director's needs.
- Researching, drafting and writing business documents with little or no input from the Directors.
- Helping to juggle priorities; working independently with an ability to predict and make decisions to prevent conflicting scenarios.
- Taking ownership of organising events, including establishing requirements, managing budget, booking appropriate venues and activities, seeking authorisation when required.
- Taking ownership and making necessary travel arrangements, ensuring alignment with priorities, suggesting solutions to maximise effective use time.

**Skills and Qualifications**:

- Experience of providing support at executive level.
- Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office and other standard software, social media and communication tools.
- Excellent knowledge of standard office administrative practices and procedures.
- An ability to communicate with people at all levels in both technical and non-technical environments.
- The ability to be discreet and maintain confidentiality.
- Excellent organisational skills.
- Proven experience of drafting and producing correspondence and documents.
- Level 4/5 administrative qualification (preferable).

Please note that due to recent changes in Off Payroll (IR35) legislation, our client only operates with contractors that operate via a PAYE or Umbrella model.
