**Main Duties**
- Sales Ledger: order processing, invoicing, receipts
- Purchase Ledger: invoicing, supplier reconciliations, monthly payment run
- Vat returns
- Bank reconciliations
- Intrastat/EC sales
- Stock control, reporting, organising & valuation
- Monthly management accounts with supporting notes
- Nominal analysis
- Year end audit file for external auditors
- Sales analysis
- Cashflow
- Government statistics
- Production of Quarterly Reports for bank
- Ad hoc reporting
- Maintain accounts systems and processes
- Assist in other departments when necessary

**Essential Criteria**
- Sage Accounts
- Efficient in excel
**Desirable Criteria**
- Experience working in a manufacturing/engineering industry
