Accounts Payable Administrator

**Nixon McQuade** are currently recruiting for an **Accounts Payable Administrator** on behalf of a leading business based in **Dungannon**.
Reporting to the AP Manager, you will be responsible for providing all round support to the department activities with specific responsibility for the Purchase Ledger function.
**The Role**:
- Processing of purchase invoices and credit notes.
- Supplier statement reconciliations.
- Bank and cash allocations.
- Supplier payment runs.
- Liaising with other departments and suppliers to resolve queries.
- Month-end procedures.
- Prepare a weekly cashflow forecast.
- Set up and maintain vendor accounts.
**The Person**:
- Previous experience in an accounts payable or purchase ledger function.
- The ability to work in a team as well as individually.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Good attention to detail.
- The ability to work under pressure and to deadlines.
