Allen Motor Group are currently looking to employee a Retention Specialist to achieve new & used car sales whilst ensuring the customer receives exceptional customer service at our Ford dealership in Coventry. This position is offered on a fixed term basis starting from August and going through to May 2024. It can turn into a full-time permanent position for the right applicant. **Monday - Friday, with a basic salary of £22,770 and an OTE of £30,000** reporting to the Head of Online.

**Do I need experience?**
- Previous selling and influencing skills
- An ability to follow procedures, policies, and instructions.
- A passion for providing first class customer service
- An eagerness to learn and progress your career
- Fantastic communication skills

**Key Duties and Responsibilities**

As a Retention Specialist you will be responsible for and not limited to:

- Promoting the AMG brand and all the benefits the customer will experience
- Ensuring adherence to GDPR guidelines
- Effectively managing enquiries using the online diary system
- Carrying our comprehensive digital appraisals of part exchanges
- Maintaining excellent knowledge of the brand marketing programmes in order to maximise sales
