**The Team & Focus of the Role**

Would you like to join our established and driven Agribusiness team in Market Harborough? Primarily this office serves our farming clients across the East Midlands and the team are part of a close-knit network across the UK to deliver exceptional results for our clients & ensure their farms and estates are being managed to their maximum potential.

We’re looking for a new member of the team to join us and help continue our client service standards.

This is a permanent full-time position on a 37.5 hour contract (Monday - Friday, 9am - 5.30pm).

**Duties will include**:

- Basic book-keeping and data analysis
- Assisting with subsidy claims, including environmental schemes
- Liaising with contractors and suppliers
- Assisting with preparation of budgets and cashflows
- Maintaining records for farm assurance and compliance
- Basic mapping
- General administration
- Great organisational skills
- Experience and understanding of the Agricultural industry
- Strong attention to detail
- Strong numeracy skills
- Excellent IT skills including Microsoft Excel
- The desire to learn
- Excellent people and communication skills
- The ability to work effectively within a team and independently
- Full clean driving licence

Full training will be provided for relevant systems and procedures.
