Wound Care Specialist

Are you looking for a new challenge in Primary Care? Willows Health are looking to recruit Health Care Assistants with a specialist interest and relevant experience in wound care management.
We are looking for autonomous practitioners who have a passion for delivering clinical excellence in wound management.
This is a new service delivering simple wound care to the population within the City of Leicester and will be based at Willows Health Centre and Springfield Road Health Centre.
**KEY RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Undertake a comprehensive wound care assessment and create a plan for care
- Refer to other services for additional care.
- Complete vascular assessment of the lower limb using automated ABPI.
- Ordering supplies.
- Work with external stake holders.
