Job Profile Summary:
The Talent Programme Co-ordinator role will be responsible for providing programme/project management and administrative support to the Global Talent Management team which forms part of the Man Group Global People Function.

This position is suited to someone with the ability and desire to work in a fast-paced team, juggling multiple priorities to the highest professional standards and working to a high degree of accuracy whilst providing a people focused service. An interest in Learning & Development and Employee Engagement would be an advantage.

Specific Responsibilities
- Providing project/programme management and administrative support
- Managing the delivery schedule of talent programmes and other initiatives such as the Man Group Virtual Coffee Club
- Scheduling business requested ad-hoc sessions with external vendors (including vendor management where appropriate)
- Being the super user for our talent technology system: Udemy Business - our on-line learning platform
- Managing a talent inbox: responding to enquiries / redirecting as appropriate
- Supporting production of communications and other collateral to ‘executive ready’ standards
- Supporting weekly and monthly reporting requirements
- Research - finding out what other organisations are focused on in managing talent, reading relevant articles and journals and sharing ideas with the team

Key Skills & Experience
- Strong project & programme management skills
- Prior administrative experience of event & diary management, plus material production
- Ability to deal with a high volume of queries without compromising response times or issue resolution
- Effective communication skills to a variety of stakeholders
- Working to a high degree of accuracy with sensitive information
- Experience of all Microsoft packages
- Reporting - running basic reports and using spreadsheets to track information
