**THE ROLE**

We are looking for an experienced Procurement Specialist to lead the management of a wide variety of contracts including supplier, licensing, sales, technology, and marketing contracts. Reporting to the Legal Counsel, this role will support the Legal and Operations team and the wider business by managing contact renewals, supporting negotiation of key commercial terms, and coordinating with business teams / Legal to ensure a smooth contracts process. You will be a key member of the Legal team, helping support through a business restructure and shape the legal / procurement function.

**MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Work directly with Legal, Finance, Operations and other key business stakeholder and key suppliers to facilitate a smooth contract negotiation and signature process.
- Provide advice and/ or first line of guidance to business stakeholders on a variety of contractual transactions.
- Help manage contractual budgets.
- Keep up to date with contract filing and managing the supplier database and renewal reminders.
- Educate business stakeholders on contract forms, best practices, and commercial and legal risks as part of the contract review process. Provide training where necessary.
- Help coordinate RFP processes and bid responses and procurement questionnaires where necessary.
- Considering key Improvements to contracting process and helping Implement any training or efficiencies into the business.

**TOOLS OF THE TRADE**
- Procurement/ Contract management experience required
- Strong communication skills with ability to maintain good relationships across a wide range of stakeholders at senior level.
- Excellent organisational skills & attention to detail, performing all work with high levels of accuracy; and ability to prioritise workloads, while meeting all deadlines in a fast-paced environment
