Emergency Department Administrator

The Emergency Department Administrator will be responsible for administrative duties within the Emergency Department, providing a 24-hour service. The Administrator will provide efficient front-of-house cover in a sensitive, timely and accurate manner.
The Administrator will have frequent contact with patients, carers and relatives and will be expected to liaise with all members of the MDT to facilitate patient flow / booking in process is followed accordingly and whilst observing and reporting
- escalation issues where necessary. The post holder is required to multi-task in a busy ED whilst offering the highest customer care. A good standard of computer knowledge is essential.
**There is also the opportunity to pick up extra shifts as cover.
