We are seeking a detail-oriented and organised Logistics Leader to join our team. As a Logistics Associate, you will be responsible for managing the flow of goods. Your role will involve coordinating with various teams to ensure timely delivery, accurate inventory management, and efficient transportation of products.

- Coordinate and monitor the movement of goods from suppliers to warehouses
- Manage inventory levels and ensure accurate stock counts
- Utilize transportation management systems to schedule shipments and track deliveries
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize logistics processes and improve efficiency
- Oversee the picking, packing, and shipping/receiving of products
- Perform materials handling tasks, including operating forklifts and other equipment
- Maintain records of all logistics activities, including receipts, shipments, and inventory levels
- Identify areas for process improvement and implement solutions to enhance productivity
- Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and company policies

- Strong knowledge of logistics and supply chain management principles
- Proficiency in operating forklifts and other materials handling equipment (Training Provided)
- Understanding of business processes related to logistics operations

- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail

**Salary**: £30,000.00-£35,000.00 per year
