As a **HR Administrator** you'll play a key role at the centre of our operation, where every action you take contributes to our customers enjoying their favourite M&S food.

**What will you do & what will you need**

As part of your role you will ensure the smooth running of all administrative duties working closely with the site HR team. Provide guidance on HR policies and processes. Assist with all aspects of recruitment and selection on site and deliver induction training for new starters, consistently updating welcome pack information. Ensure all elements of HR administration are carried out - e.g., starters, leavers, referencing, security, and compliance checks, etc. Maintain accurate and up-to date information on the HR system and produce weekly/monthly management reports. You will also be responsible for various ad-hoc HR and Administrative tasks.

Ideally, you will have strong computer skills, excellent communication skills, good attention to detail and the ability to work in a fast-paced team.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Fixed term contract
Contract length: 6 months

Pay: £27,000.00 per year
