This is an exciting opportunity to join our **Commercial Property Claims** team as a **Commercial Property** **Claims Handler **on a full-time, permanent basis.

**The role**:
You will report to the Commercial Claims Team Leader, you will work in a dedicated team of Claims Handlers, where you will play an important part in ensuring our Commercial customers have their claims handled in a fair and efficient manner.

**What you'll be doing**:
You will be responsible for the validation, investigation, negotiation, and fulfilment of Commercial Property Claims within a defined handling authority limit and having end-to-end ownership and accountability for each claim.

**What we're looking for**:

- A passion for delivering excellent customer experiences
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, whilst maintaining high attention to detail
- Good IT skills and the willingness to learn
- Insurance Claims experience is preferable
