We are currently recruiting for a Property Claims Handler to join our established and experienced team here at RSA on a hybrid basis. You will be expected to attend the office full time for training around 3/4 weeks, then revert to a hybrid working pattern.

**Your role**
As our Commercial Property Claims Handler, you will manage a caseload of commercial property claims and be responsible for supporting our customers in their time of need throughout their claims journey, from taking the initial notification all the way through to settling their claim. You will liaise with internal and external stakeholders on a consistent basis, building great working relationships with our customers, brokers, and suppliers.

You will be responsible for the efficient and effective settlement of our customers insurance claims. You will build and grow relationships with our brokers, being their dedicated contact within the Commercial Property Claims team. You will work both individually and as part of a team to deliver high standards of customer service. This also includes looking at innovative ways to improve existing processes to benefit our customers and ourselves alike.
**About you**
You will have previous experience with property or general insurance claims and be able to build and maintain positive working relationships with high-profile clients. Settle claims as soon as possible, looking to improve processes and organise your caseloads while working in a flexible manner.

In addition, you will have excellent customer service skills and have worked previously in a financial services industry, or a call centre environment. You will be able to work as part of a team, as well as being able to meet deadlines while understanding process improvements.
