We are currently recruiting for a Global Property Claims Handler to join our established and experienced Commercial Property Claims team here at RSA on a Hybrid working basis, working 1/2 days a week in our Manchester office.
**Your role**
Due to growth within Commercial Speciality Lines, RSA has an exciting opportunity to join the Commercial Claims department as a Global Claims Handler based in our Manchester office.

As a Global Property Claims Handler you will be responsible for handling a caseload of UK & overseas claims for some of our largest worldwide customers. Alongside this, you’ll be working closely with our colleagues and partners across the globe to ensure our Risk Managed & Wholesale International customer receive first class claims service.

You will handle claims from registration through to settlement liaising with internal and external stakeholders on a consistent basis, building great working relationships with our customers, brokers and suppliers.

As a Global Claims Handler you will be responsible for the efficient & effective settlement of our customers insurance claims up to £100k. You will build & grow relationships with our customers, brokers and suppliers, being their dedicated contact within the Global Claims team.

Alongside these claims, you will also be responsible for managing complex financial arrangements, including aggregate deductible programmes from our London Market and multinational customers.
**About you**
Ideally this role requires an individual with knowledge and experience of general claims processes.

You will have a good understanding of property damage claims as you will be handling claims up to £100k from notification through to settlement.

You will have experience of liaising with both internal and external stakeholders to ensure customer claims are handled effectively.
