**About the position**:
As a Business Development Associate, you will be joining our Business Development department as we continue to scale. Reporting to Harry Wright (Business Development Manager), you will assist in the lead generation and onboarding of new clients.

Through supporting our Business Development team, you will be trained across the whole sales cycle of the business. During your first year of employment, you will be given the opportunity to build a contact base across the employment sector as you identify new business leads, learn how to convert business leads into active contracts, budget negotiation/extensions, managing sales administration and effectively mapping markets.

It is our aim that following a year as Business Development Associate, you will progress to a Business Development Executive where you will run your own desk, responsible for the full sales cycle, including closing your own leads.

At Bristow & Hardy you will become a part of our growing team where you will have the ability to learn and grow your skill set whilst also being introduced to variety of different businesses within the UK employment sector. As a result of this, you will be expected to attend meetings both internally and externally where you will have to discuss digital marketing to our clients. However, until you feel comfortable in doing so on your own, you will be joined by a member of the Bristow & Hardy team.
