**We are searching for a dynamic, ambitious Consultant to join our busy Solutions Consulting and Client Experience team. You will help strengthen long-term, successful relationships with our client law firms and will be a product advisor for a variety of Aderant solutions focused on practice management, time and billing compliance, bill delivery, knowledge management and people management.**

As a Solution Consultant, you will use your knowledge of Aderant solutions to develop and deliver professional demonstrations, presentations, workshops and advice. Working closely with the Sales team, you will respond to functional and technical elements of new-business bids and will assist with articulating functionality and benefits to both technical and non-technical users.

As a Client Experience Consultant, you will connect regularly with our client contacts to enhance the existing relationship, promoting collaboration and knowledge of the existing and future investment made in Aderant. You will become a ‘trusted advisor’ to the client firm and aim for high levels of satisfaction and long-term success. You will co-ordinate activities, share best practice to drive adoption and help to deliver a successful client experience function.

**Essential Experience**:

- Excellent communication, presentation, and customer relationship skills with a history of engaging with contacts at all levels from senior leadership to a product’s end user
- Proven experience of increasing customer satisfaction, product adoption and retention
- A finance, accounting or legal (law firm / legal tech) background
- Knowledge of software / technologies and the impact it brings to a business
- Able to work as part of a cross-functional team and to deadlines with committed deliverables
- A willingness to travel throughout the UK, including regular visits to our City of London office. There will likely be a requirement for overnight stays and travel to Continental Europe and North America
